As you enter the home, you’re greeted by an open-concept design where the living room, dining room and kitchen merge into one fantastic entertaining space. You’ll see vaulted ceilings made of Costa Rican hardwood, industrial transition style chandeliers, and sliding glass doors that offer amazing views of the Pacific Ocean
The kitchen features plenty of prep space, a large island with a three-person breakfast bar (on wheels!), granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful ocean views.
The one bedroom in the main house has a king-size bed and an amazing walk-in closet, enclosed by doors from an actual Costa Rican barn. The large en-suite bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, dual vanities, and a picture window that leads to beautiful views of the green areas. There is also a bonus room that could make a perfect private office.
One great feature of the home is a pull-down desk with space inside for two laptops. When you’re done working, the desk space can be closed up again to keep your electronics out of view.
The property features two full studios, which are currently used as successful vacation rentals. Both are equipped with king-size beds, en-suite baths and kitchenettes, with sliding glass doors opening on a balcony with beautiful views.
The property has a large covered outdoor lounge and BBQ area that you can use rain or shine. Next to that is a gorgeous pool with its own fountain, a fire pit and two lounge chairs — all of this surrounded by amazing ocean views.
