Originally from San José, Gomez grew up in the United States and earned a degree from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University in Tempe.  Following graduation, Gomez moved to Scottsdale, Arizona where he got his start in real estate, joining Coldwell Banker as a licensed agent.  A nod to his drive, Gomez was honored in 2015 with the brokerage’s “Rookie of the Year” award -- just one year into his tenure there.  He went on to yield nearly $15,000,000 in sales, catapulting him to a “top-producer” status.
 
In 2023, Andre moved back to Costa Rica – returning to his roots and expanding his growing real estate business.  He joined the KRAIN Luxury Real Estate team where he continues to thrive, revered for his passion, discipline, and strong client relationships.  His three-person team within KRAIN, The Gomez International Realty Team, is a tech-savvy trio, known for their innovative marketing techniques, above-and-beyond services, and outstanding results.
