About Carlo Batara

Meet Carlo! He's a ball of energy and an all-around fun guy to be around. Growing up, Carlo’s family didn't have a lot of money, so he learned to be resourceful from a young age. He was always coming up with creative ways to make money, whether it was selling Krispy Kreme Donuts to his schoolmates or getting tickets to events for his teachers! 

At the age of 19, Carlo decided to try his hand at real estate. Despite his young age and lack of experience, he hit the ground running and quickly made a name for himself in the industry. In fact, he won rookie of the year, made the top 10 in an office of over 150 agents and became one of the top producers in the city of Toronto, Canada. 

But Carlo is not just a workaholic - he also loves to travel and explore. On a trip to Costa Rica, he discovered his love for surfing and knew he had to make it a permanent part of his life. So, he packed his bags and moved to Costa Rica to live his dream of being a free surfer.

Now, Carlo is living the dream in Costa Rica. 

He spends his mornings catching waves, his days selling real estate and his nights hanging out with friends. He's still an entrepreneur at heart, and enjoys helping others achieve their goals . But most importantly, Carlo is just a great guy to be around. He's always cracking jokes and making people laugh, and his positive energy is infectious. 

Mixing his extensive knowledge and experience of the Real Estate industry in both Canada, The United States and now the local markets of Costa Rica along with his passion for helping others, Carlo has become a trusted advisor for anyone looking to invest in paradise.
