Daniel Prewitt's professional journey has been a blend of corporate leadership in healthcare and a passion for real estate.  

With nearly three decades of experience in senior roles focused on improving employee and member well-being in the healthcare industry, Daniel and his wife decided it was time for a change. Together they made the leap to seek their own version of "Pura Vida" in one of the World’s Blue Zones, settling in Playa Flamingo after selling their Colorado home.

Daniel's foray into real estate began prior to his relocation to Costa Rica, where he worked as a realtor in the Foothills for Keller Williams. Upon moving to Costa Rica, he continued his real estate career with Coldwell Banker Tamarindo before joining KRAIN Luxury Real Estate, a top-producing brokerage firm. His personal experience purchasing over a dozen homes and building high-end custom investment properties has helped him understand the complexities and stress from both sides of the real estate market. He knows all to well that it is one of your biggest financial purchases.

Beyond his real estate prowess, Daniel has a passion for travel, music, photography, hiking, and golf. Adding to his eclectic repertoire, he is also a skilled magician, ready to delight others with his illusions.
