About Jose David Salas Rosales

With a multi-layered background in hospitality and personnel management, José David
Salas Rosales is known for his distinct skillset stemming from years of experience in the
high-end restaurant industry. His added passion for wine and mixology -- especially his
unique understanding of the Forbes Standards and how best to adhere to them in fine-
dining establishments -- has made him an area standout.

Salas has held a range of roles in some of Costa Rica’s most treasured venues,
including the Four Seasons Resort and the Casa Chameleon luxury hotel in Las
Catalinas. He also worked for three years in a boutique property management firm in
the town of Bijagua de Upala, overseeing vacation homes and condominiums in the
mountains and along the beach. His fervor for real estate, as well as client services, are
what led him to KRAIN Luxury Real Estate, now taking on the role of executive
assistant.

A graduate of Costa Rica’s Instituto Superior de San Ramón Julio Acosta García,
Salas is an avid student, currently working to become a sommelier. Rosales is also a
practicing guitarist, voracious reader, and gastronomy enthusiast.
