About Luis Esteban Perez Cruz

A highly admired real estate professional, Luis Pérez is known within the industry for his fervor, keen understanding of the Costa Rican property market, and customer-first approach to every transaction.  Originally from the city of Alajuela in the country’s Alajuela Province, Pérez completed his studies as an electronic engineer, but soon developed a passion for property sales, thanks to his involvement with a prime, boutique residential development in Guanacaste.  His sales success with that project eventually carved a path towards KRAIN Luxury Real Estate.  Upon joining the top-producing brokerage, Pérez began working directly with founders Peter and Sarah Breitlander.  His expertise on the Breitlander Team extended to the listings and sales of single-family homes and condominiums, commercial properties, and high-end estates.  Pérez eventually went on to establish his own team within the KRAIN family, Pérez Real Estate Group, which currently specializes in property sales throughout Hacienda Pinilla, Tamarindo Langosta, Playa Grande, Playa Conchal, Playa Flamingo, Playa Potrero, Las Catalinas, Playas Del Coco, Playa Hermosa, and Papagayo.  Pérez finds great joy in helping others, especially when it comes to understanding the unique needs of each client and achieving the best possible outcomes for their listing or purchase.  When he’s not selling real estate, Pérez, who finds true joy in all facets of exploration, can be found in the boxing ring, delving into personal and professional development through reading and meditation, or traversing the countryside.
