With nearly 20 years living in Costa Rica, Matt brings a wealth of diverse experiences to the world of real estate. His journey into the industry began with a dynamic career path that includes managing resorts and working for several reputable brokerages in the Tamarindo area. Matt has spent the last 3.5 years immersed in the real estate landscape of Costa Rica.

Originally from Santa Monica California, Matt was drawn to Costa Rica for its surfing and exotic lifestyle. Matt's appreciation for the country deepened as he discovered its rich culture and diverse landscapes. His passion for real estate was sparked by his own property investment in Santa Teresa, where he recognized the abundant opportunities the market had to offer.

Outside of real estate, Matt's passions extend to music, with a talent for both guitar and drums, as well as his lifelong love for surfing. He also cherishes fatherhood and is a food and wine enthusiast.
