About Tim Roberts

Tim first came to Costa Rica on vacation in early 2014. He immediately fell in love with the Flamingo/Potrero area and decided this would be his new home, as it reminded him of his childhood growing up in several countries in Africa! He sold everything and moved with his 3 dogs to Playa Potrero! The best decision he ever made!!

After 29 years as a successful retail executive, with a strong foundation in customer care, superior service and client first mentality, he decided to dive headfirst into a new career – Real Estate and Property management.

Tim’s first venture here in Costa Rica was launching/introducing an international Real Estate company to the country, where he served as Broker/Owner for the Franchise as well as the Operating Principal for the Flamingo/Potrero/Tamarindo Market Centers. Tim brought his extensive background in client service and relationship building to the agents working with him, ensuring the very best client experience for all.

Tim brings dedication, professionalism and client care to everything he does, with a passion for helping clients find their perfect property here in paradise, just as he did!

Tim also has a passion for design/decorating and remodeling and has assisted numerous clients with their new homes after the purchase, helping them create their perfect home in paradise!
